MasterChef Special Edition Bookazine

I’m so excited to share my new cooking Magazine, the MasterChef Magazine. Taste of Home partnered with MasterChef to create the special edition bookazine. The special edition bookazine was published the first week of July, and guess who got to preview the premier issue? Me!

Around the world, MasterChef is one of the leading television reality series that searches for the best amateur cook.  The show was produced in the UK in 1990 and then reinvented by Shine TV in 2005.  Today the show is produced in over 20 countries and creating the MasterChef brand as an extension of the television series.

At 147 pages, the MasterChef bookazine includes more than 60 recipes that are featured on the show.  The bookazine also includes interview with MasterChef judges Gordon Ramsey, Joe Bastianich and Graham Elliot along with exclusive interviews with their mothers.

You’ll also find recipes from around the world from season 1 and season 2 contestants.  My favorite section of the MasterChef bookazine is the party-perfect tips for creating fabulous get togethers on the porch.   My favorite recipes are Graham Elliot’s Deconstructed Caesar Salad and Alejandra Shrader’s Camarones Salteados with Safron-Infused Quinoa and Peruvian Style Criolla. Perfect summer time recipes!

I love my MasterChef bookazine and would love to share a special edition copy with one of my readers.

  2. I had no idea Master Chef has their own cookbook. My family and I watch that show EVERY week! I would love to win the book and cook some new things. Thanks for the opp 🙂

My fave memory was when the young country girl won. I could not believe it (yes, b/c she was young) but she knew how to get down in the kitchen!

  6. I don’t cook very well, actually I think I don’t have any talent in this field. Since the program started few weeks ago I feel inspire and actually I want to learn how to cook. I am watching the show every week, two times per week with my husband and also follow the show through the web page, to take ideas and suggestions. I am planning to cook at least one dish a day from The MasterChef web page, to try to surprise my husband and children and to finally change the Menu at home, which is not very inviting. I hope I can win it !!

  11. Wow! This is great! Lucky lady! 😉 My husband and I LOVE to watch cooking shows together and although haven’t gotten the chance to watch Master Chef, I know that we would love it! Gordon Ramsay is awesome and really brings amazing chefs up to the next caliber. Hub’s birthday is right about the corner and this would be a nice gift. Hint! 😉 You definitely gave me some good ideas too…he loves celebrity cookbooks…especially Bobby Flay, Mario Batali and Gordon Ramsay! =)

  13. For someone who is always on-line, it’s a bit surprising that I’m mad about cookbooks. I guess I’m old-fashioned and enjoy the journey of turning pages, in my own order. What I love about the Master Chef’s “bookazine” is the chance to experiment with recipes, improve my skills but from people who are not that much more advanced than me. There’s something very accessible and comforting in this. In fact, isn’t this what cooking and eating together is about?
