socialoomph (formerly known as tweetlater)

This tool allows you to schedule & AUTOMATE Tweets & Direct Messages.  You can send a new message to new followers.  Automatically follow those who follow you and Unfollow those that unfollow.  You can also purge your DM box.  Sweet!  Cost: FREE


Allows you to maintain your list of Twitter Followers and Friends: Follow, Unfollow, or Block. Sort Following/Followers alphabetically.  You can also check whether or not someone you are following is mutually following you. The key to this tool is to “always” sync with twitter and ensure that your Following/Follower list on MyTweeple matches the list provided by Twitter.  Cost: FREE
