I get inspired to cook gourmet food when I dine out. Last week I went to a restaurant and was inspired to recreate one of their recipes, “French Bread w/ Goat Cheese and Oven Roasted Tomatoes”. After experimenting with the recipe I came up with a couple recipes. This recipe is delicious as an appetizer or lunch. You can eat it alone or share it with your friend or loved ones.
